ArankHub can review reports related to misleading profiles, abusive communication, spam, impersonation, prohibited content, intellectual property complaints, and marketplace rule violations.

What ArankHub does not decide

ArankHub does not currently adjudicate payment disputes, guarantee refunds, inspect goods, manage logistics, or enforce offline commercial contracts.

Future roadmap note

Future roadmap may include escrow, trade assurance, third-party payment integrations, or platform-assisted dispute workflows. Those services are not active unless officially launched and documented.
